Frameworks, assessments, documentation, and advisory materials developed by B2 Technology Consultant LLC remain our intellectual property, while clients receive a license to use deliverables for internal business purposes during and after the engagement, as defined in the applicable statement of work.
Third-Party Services
In delivering our Services, you may use third-party platforms, software, cloud providers, or integrations ("Third-Party Services") such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Workspace, or security and analytics tools. Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by the terms of those providers.
Accounts
Where use of any part of our Services requires an account (for example, a client portal, ticketing system, or shared workspace), you agree to provide complete and accurate registration information. You are solely responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding credentials shared with our team.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. Termination conditions, including notice periods and final invoicing, are defined in your signed service agreement or statement of work.
Disclaimer
Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. B2 Technology Consultant LLC and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, uptime levels, compliance certifications, or ROI, as results depend on client implementation, infrastructure, and external factors beyond our control.
